I have this camera & lens gathering dust. What is the best way to get rid of it? What are folks doing with their old film cameras?

Skip, surprisingly enough it seems many SLR's are becoming sought after once again and there are a number of people looking for them especially the models that were popular in their heyday.

If I were to want to dispose of a conventional SLR right now I would have to look at "Ebay" as the most likely place to sell it, although they may not get a good price it all depends on the luck of the day.

Alternatively if money is not your motivation it is worth considering donating the camera to a local education establishment where they use conventional equipment to teach the rudiments of photography to students.

If Canon Can, Rebel Can too, YOU Can, with a Canon
