have you tried Lightroom that's what I use for tethering.

I am a Canon user Not Olympus so not conversant with the camera range.
But are you sure the 410 is talking to your laptop ?
Can you download pictures to the laptop via the USB cable ?

Not sure whether its relevant but you don't tell us what OS you are using.

After doing a little research online as far as I can see you can tether your camera using the Olympus Studio (version 2 & up).

Also... it seems that Lightroom hasn't got the updates yet for your camera.

What version of Olympus studio are you using?

Hi system is win7 oly studio 2 itis now telling me it cant find camera so will try to sort this out thx everyone
