Epson XP-405 - The Digital Darkroom

I have just bought the above Printer it was not expensive but it it is supposed to be able to connect to wifi.I followed the instructions but still cannot use it through my Wifi. Have used a usb port and that works great. Hoping to see my old pal Mike before long and maybe he will help. What can I have done wrong. Talking to all you experts with posh printers thought might help me.

Have you got it connected to your wifi in the settings. You also need the software on your pc or mac.

I have similar epson printer and have no probs connecting and printing.

I hope to see you within the the next week as I will be out your way, but as Chris said have you installed all the software, just a thought have you uninstalled all the other epson printer software, so as not to conflict ????

Yes I did use the cd but still had trouble, but I did not uninstall the other printer,maybe thats what it was .Be very pleased to see you when available.

How did you set the printer up ?

Does it show a connection to your Wifi as a little light on the top or front ?
